English for Everyone Junior: 5 Words a Day is a vocabulary book for children that teaches and tests more than 1,000 English words. Words are taught in weekly units of 5 days. On Days 1–4, the child will be presented with 20 new words, which are taught 5 words at a time through colourful illustrations. First, listen to the words on the audio app or website, repeat the words out loud, and then write them out in the space below each word. Next, use the book flaps to 3 cover the illustrations and listen to the words again. With the words still covered, try writing out each word from memory.
